Vitan Meditation involves giving your undivided attention to a single stimulus that connects you spiritually to nature or helps advanced your understanding of the Earth System, or both.
Some examples of Vitan Meditation include:
- Staring at a fish tank
- Sitting in quiet contemplation surrounded by vegetation or by running or falling water
- Walking along the beach or through a forest and embracing the sensations
Vita is also developing guided meditations and other resources.
The first one is called Plankton Meditation.
